Selective Land Clearing & Homesite Preparation | Cleveland, TX

This 1.5-acre residential site in Cleveland, Texas began as undeveloped wooded property in a new subdivision. Following installation of the county access approach and culvert, Asher Construction mobilized to prepare the property for construction of the owner's new home.

Before clearing began, the homeowner identified select tree species to preserve. Our operators carefully worked around these trees while clearing and grubbing the remaining vegetation, excavating stumps and root systems, and processing clearing debris in an onsite burn pit.

The site's predominantly sandy soils allowed our 40-ton excavator to efficiently remove large root systems and excavate the burn area while minimizing unnecessary disturbance.

The finished result was a clean, accessible, construction-ready homesite while preserving the mature trees that mattered most to the homeowner.
