This half-acre commercial property in Vidor, Texas presented a unique sitework challenge due to its confined location between two highways, an RV park, and an adjacent residential property.

Asher Construction was contracted to completely clear the site and haul away the resulting trees, root systems, vegetation, and debris. With limited working room and neighboring improvements in close proximity, our crew carefully managed equipment movement, tree removal, loading, and haul-off operations throughout the project.

Once clearing and grubbing were complete, high-quality topsoil from Ross Ridge Sand Company was imported and graded across the site to establish a clean finished surface suitable for vegetation and future commercial development.
