A retired civil engineer in Buna, Texas contacted Asher Construction to assess and implement a comprehensive drainage solution for his residential property.

Rather than simply digging ditches where water appeared to collect, we approached the property as a complete drainage system. Our team reviewed the existing survey, collected field elevation and slope data, evaluated drainage patterns, and developed a site-specific grading and stormwater management plan.

Following owner approval, our crew excavated and graded drainage swales, ditches, slopes, and positive drainage routes designed to efficiently move stormwater across the property. One low-lying area was effectively landlocked by surrounding elevations, requiring imported material to raise the grade according to the drainage plan.
