For this residential pole barn site, Asher Construction stripped the existing topsoil and unsuitable surface material before importing suitable engineered fill. The material was placed, graded, and compacted to establish a stable building pad and properly prepared foundation area for the future structure.
Proper building pad construction begins with what is underneath the building—not what is visible after construction is complete.
