5-Acre Commercial Land Clearing & Tree Removal | Southeast Texas

Asher Construction was contracted to clear approximately five acres of heavily wooded commercial property containing more than 135 mature oak and hardwood trees.

With declining tree health affecting surrounding properties and future commercial development planned for the site, the owner elected to completely clear the property. Our crew systematically felled and removed the trees, grubbed root systems and stumps, and excavated a controlled burn pit to safely manage clearing debris onsite.

Large-scale clearing requires more than simply pushing trees over. Equipment positioning, controlled tree removal, debris management, stump excavation, and maintaining a workable site all play a role in completing the project efficiently and safely.
