3-Acre Mass Grading, Drainage & Barndominium Pad | Kountze, TX

This three-acre residential property near Kountze, Texas had extremely limited natural fall—approximately one to two inches across roughly 100 yards—causing stormwater to remain on the property long after relatively minor rain events.

Asher Construction collected field elevation data and developed a topographic model to evaluate existing drainage conditions. From that information, we established a comprehensive grading and drainage plan along with the proposed building pad elevations for the future barndominium.

Imported fill material was strategically placed across the site and precision graded to establish positive drainage while simultaneously constructing the building pad to the required elevation.

The entire three-acre area was then fine graded in preparation for vegetation and future development.

This project combined mass grading, residential drainage, topographic site evaluation, building pad construction, imported fill, earthwork, precision grading, compaction, and final grading into one coordinated site development package.
